All photographs, written content, and original works appearing on miniaturist are the exclusive property of Sabrina Sane unless otherwise credited. Each image is created from physical miniatures handcrafted by the artist and protected by copyright as soon as it is captured.

All rights reserved. The artist retains full ownership of every image regardless of where it later appears.

You are welcome to:

• View and read the site for personal enjoyment.
• Share links to specific pages (the URL, not the image) on social media or with friends.
• Reference the work in editorial coverage, with credit to Sabrina Sane and a link back to miniaturist.studio.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Download, copy, or save images from the site.
• Re-upload images to social media, marketplaces, or any other website.
• Print, reproduce, or distribute images for personal or commercial use.
• Use images as training data for machine-learning or AI systems of any kind.
• Modify, crop, or create derivative works based on the original images.

We respond to verified takedown notices promptly. We may also forward notices to the original poster.

If you find an image from miniaturist reproduced without permission — on a marketplace, social media account, or another website — please let us know at sabrinasane@mac.com. Include the URL where you saw it and a screenshot if possible. Your help is appreciated.
