Terms of Service

miniaturist is a portfolio and editorial platform showcasing the historical scale miniatures of Sabrina Sane. The site provides a gallery, a blog, and community discussion features. You may browse the public site without an account.

To participate in discussions (posting comments, liking content), you must create an account. Accounts may use username/password credentials, Google sign-in, or both. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use an account only with a parent or guardian's permission
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in methods
• You may not create multiple accounts for disruptive purposes
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

"User Content" refers to comments and other content you submit to the site. By posting User Content, you grant the site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically format that content only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the site's discussion features.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You agree that your content:

• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Does not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing material
• Does not contain spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Does not impersonate any person or entity
• Is not intended to deceive or mislead others

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

Original photographs, 3D models, blog posts, artwork, and other creative material on the site are owned by Sabrina Sane, the site operator, or the identified licensor and are protected by copyright law. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without written permission.

We want discussions to be respectful and constructive. When commenting:

• Be respectful of other users and the artist
• Stay on topic and contribute meaningfully to the discussion
• Do not post personal information of others
• Do not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing

You may edit or delete your own comments. Deleted comments with replies will appear as "[deleted]" to preserve the thread structure. Site admins may moderate or remove comments at their discretion.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to copy content, create datasets, or place an unreasonable load on the site, other than ordinary search-engine indexing
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Upload files that contain viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to bypass account, moderation, or access controls

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will always be accurate, secure, available, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keating Sane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The site is a portfolio and community project, not a commercial service.

We may suspend or terminate access to account features when we reasonably believe an account has violated these terms, endangered the site or another person, or created legal risk. You may stop using the site at any time and may delete your account through profile settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We may update these terms when the site or its features change. Revised terms will be posted here with a new update date. Changes apply when posted. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using account and discussion features.
